NUTRITION

Proper nutrition is just as important a success factor in climbing as correct training, especially when you are training as intensively as in the One More Move project.

We focus on eating more and smaller meals throughout the day and since we have busy lives, we will focus on fast, easy-to-make, tasty meals and snacks. We will post sample menus here to inspire other active people in need of nutritional ideas.

It is important to eat right to stay healthy, but to not let it control your life either; sometimes you have to let go and not worry so much about what you eat, just relax and take it easy.
