TRAINING


One More Move will consist of lots of climbing. The climbing year of 2012 will briefly look like this.


We base our training first and foremost on our own experiences and what we know about ourselves. We also use the training techniques and exercises we have learned from some of the best climbers in Sweden, as well as the training strategies developed by climbing training guru Eric Hörst. We follow these basic principles:


  • Max 4 climbing days per week
  • One focus at a time
  • Train whatever is your weakest link at the moment
  • Be patient with your development but don't be afraid to change things up if it's not working
  • Rest and recovery is essential
  • Write down what you do and how you feel after each session, for future reference
  • Be safe and have fun!
